Santi Dwellings at Montecillo is El Paso’s newest luxury apartment complex – and it’s a very unique one.
The developer hired me to photograph the two model apartments as well as the exterior of the building for marketing purposes and also for a feature in The City Spaces magazine.
The architectural features of the exterior are enhanced in the dramatic light of sunset.
The two interior spaces were designed by different local interior designers. Each has a unique personality, but both support the luxury characteristic of the complex.
Special attention was given to the staging, lighting, and composition of each shot to support the concept of luxury. Because the images were captured with an interior design magazine as the primary client, a significant amount of effort was applied toward making sure each shot was perfect.
